I second the request for subtasks. In the meantime, you can use tags or lists to manage multi-step projects. E.g. for each project create a tag ( Project A, Project B ), and tag all tasks in that project with the tag. Then when looking at a task you know which project it is part of, and can restrict the view to other steps in that project.
You can also create a tag "Next action", and tag just the next action in each project with the tag. You can then view just the next actions by restricting the view to the Next action tag. Or, you can create one list for each project, with similar functionality. If the steps in a multi-step project are ordered, you can prepend letters to their names so that their alphabetical order matches the order in which they should be done, e.g. name the tasks "A: do this", "B: then do that", "C: and then do that", etc. On Jan 26, 9:36 pm, monkachino <[email protected]> wrote: > Every time I see an update I get excited that sub tasks will finally > be implemented and every time I am disappointed.
