Yes same here. I use sub tasks extensively in Toododle and when they are flattened in Todo they make very little sense.
So at the moment, I use the Toodledo iPhone app, even though I prefer everything else about Todo. At the moment my Todo install is just doing the digital equivalent of gathering dust, which is a shame.
