Thanks for contacting Appigo. We apologize for any inconvenience that you might have experienced while using Appigo Sync. If their are conflicting changes between iCal and Todo, iCal's changes will always take presidence. Does this sound like what happened?
We are working on an update of Appigo Sync that will allow you to switch services easier. This will hopefully make it easier to back-up your data. Let us know what you were able to find.
