I've also just lost all my todos on iPhone. Having just switched synchronization today from Toodledo to Appigo Sync I exported from Toodledo to iCal (Version 2.0.5 (1069)). First of all everything seemed to be syncing fine, at least from iPhone to iCal, then I changed some items in iCal, including deleting all the duplications of the imported todos from Toodledo that had arrived in the top of the calendar as All Day events. This just left all the todo items in the ToDo Tasks column. I also changed some of the Calendars and streamlined them a bit to make for fewer Lists in Todo. But when I hit sync in Todo on my iPhone to collect the todos from iCal they didn't sync back to my iPhone and the Todo app just shows empty lists. I subsequently did a restart and got a message on launch about a conflict between iCal and Appigo Sync on a single todo item offering a choice to resolve the conflict. I selected the highlighted (ICal I think) option. So it seems iCal and Appigo Sync are talking, but Appigo Sync and my iPhone aren't and no todos are coming through.
