Andy, Sorry about any inconvenience you may be experiencing with this. Could you please try something for us which will help us more fully understand what you are seeing. First, after performing the "Reset Synchronization Data" step, go back to the main lists screen. Do you have more than the All, Focus, and Inbox list? If so, do any of these show number indicators to show how many tasks are in each of those lists? If any of them show the number of tasks they have, are you able to go into any of them and have tasks appear?
