My experience is that Toodledo syncs correctly with Todo Projects/sub-tasks. The only thing that does not sync is when you manually change the order of subtasks on Todo. That is because Toodledo uses its own logic to sort tasks based on the parameters you have set in it. It appears that even though the tasks don't reorder in Toodledo, when you sync back to Todo the tasks remain in the order you selected on Todo.
