Why are the Priority settings different between Online ToodleDo and
the ToDo app?

On the Online version of ToodleDo, you can assign the following
priorities:

3 - Top
2 - High
1 - Medium
0 - Low
-1 - Negative

The ToDo app provides the following priorities:

High
Medium
Low
-

But they don't correspond as expected: High in ToDo corresponds to 3 -
Top in Toodledo and down the line. One interesting result of this is
that any task set to -1 - Negative online will NOT show up on the ToDo
app.

I'm not sure if this is by design or a mistake, but this inconsistency
doesn't make sense to me.
