Thanks for contacting Appigo. We apologize for any inconvenience that you might have experienced while using our Apps. We have a FAQ that shows the current sync services priority mappings for Todo located here:
http://www.appigo.com/todo/faqs/sync/service-priority-mappings As you can see with the various back end sync services have different priority mapping schemes. We have designed Todo so that it would give our customers the flexibility to sync with their back end of choice. However, one down side to this decision is that we currently do not provide direct one to one mappings with each of the back end's priority mappings. Please take into consideration we are dealing with localization, UI real estate constraints and other factors all while trying to keep Todo simple, attractive and powerful to use at the same time. We have added different themes in Todo 2.0 that can help alleviate some of these differences. Also, we are in the process of evaluating other ways to give the customers a consistent view of their priorities with the back end service of their choice. With Toodledo and Todo, you can also go into Todo's Settings > Synchronization > Service Priority Names. If you turn this setting on, in Todo's Task edit view you will then be presented with "Top, High, Med, Low" instead of the Todo default values of "High, Med, Low, -" for the available priority names. As for Toodledo -1 Negative priority tasks not syncing with Todo, this is by design. We hope this answers your question. If not, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you further.
