First of all, congratulations and thanks for your hard work on v2.0! I just love the new features: Manual re-ordering, color-coding of the lists, projects, multiple ways of marking priorities. You just need to give us a way to mark tasks that are in progress--other than with a tag (which unfortunately, cannot be surfaced with an icon) and you'll be perfect :-)
I have a sync problem: I sync with ToddleDo to back up my task list just in case. I don't work in ToddleDo at all. So I want to overwrite the content in ToodleDo with what I have in ToDo on my iPhone. This used to work fine. I had not synced in a while (since before you released v2). I just synced now, and it synched both ways such that I now have the old content from ToodleDo mixed in with my up to date tasks in ToDo. Is there a way to set it up so ToDo always overwrites ToodleDo?
