Thanks for contacting Appigo. We apologize for any inconvenience that you might have experienced while using our Apps. Occasionally, Appigo Sync and Todo become disconnected, which can be caused from a whole host of issues. We try to cover most of these issues and how to solve them in our FAQ section, like this one below:
http://www.appigo.com/appigo-sync/faq/Appigo-Sync-not-found Sometimes re-authorizing Appigo Sync is necessary to restore the connection. This can occur for instance if the user attempts to "validate" their connection with Appigo Sync when either Todo and Appigo Sync are not on the same network, or Appigo Sync is not running. From reviewing your situation, it sounds like something along those lines occurred and the solution can be found on this website: http://www.appigo.com/appigo-sync/faq/APISignaturefailed We hope this answers your question. We are always trying to improve our support experience and appreciate you letting us know how you feel we could improve. We will take your suggestions in consideration for future improvements.
