It takes much longer than 9 days for them to implement a single user's request! It's clear that you have a specific need for certain way of organizing your todo list and have found an alternative that handles it for you. Appigo is one of the most responsive developers I know of, but end users have to be patient. It takes a lot of time for programmers to incorporate changes...
What is incredible, however, is how fast the Appigo improvement/ upgrade path is. And they truly do listen to endusers' input. Consider, for example, their elegant implementation of manual rearranging of the todo list--it's intuitive, works fantastically well, and has saved many of us many steps and made Todo even more usable. They also notify endusers via e-mail of new releases, so be sure you are signed up for that. That way you won't have to bug them here, but will learn when a new version comes out and can try it and see if it does what you need.
