Yes, I'm having problems with my iCal sync, too. In my case, the issue
most troubling is the use of Projects and Checklists. Where the
original sync after creating either type of list will be successful,
subsequent syncs turns any subtask under a checklist or project into
an individual task both within iCal and back to the ToDo2 on the
iPhone.

In addition, like others, I sometimes get no sync response while other
times I have iCal overwrite with old status of any task I've already
completed or modified on the ToDo2 side. If I have numerous tasks done
that day on the iPhone's ToDo2, the status of each will revert on the
next sync to the iCal's status from previous sync. Quite frustrating.

At this point, without iCal sync working properly, I'm reverting to
OmniFocus until ToDo2 exhibits better stability...perhaps upon iPhone
OS 3's release.
