How are you all synching? Via your iPhones and iPod Touches? Or via the Sync Now button on Appigo Sync on the Mac?
I ran into the problem you've described using Appigo Sync's button on the Mac, but haven't had any problems relying on the IPT's Todo's sync button (main to-do screen). I find the todo font too small to be usable in iCal, so I almost always create my tasks on the IPT...
