http://appigo.com/todo/faqs/misbehaving-application Because your original Toodledo.com account seems to not be functioning correctly, we are going to ask you to create another Toodledo.com account to back-up your tasks to. Create another Toodledo account, sync your tasks up there as the backup copy, and then reinstall Todo and pull down the tasks from the newly created Toodledo account. Once you have completed this step, we are going to recommend that you try the "Full Synchronization". The Full Synchronization method isn't needed every time you desire to sync. Usually, when you just want to sync your content you will use the sync button in Todo. The Full Synchronization option is there in cases where Todo gets into a state where tasks don't sync from either Todo or the backend service. Try the Full Synchronization steps at this point with your original Toodledo account. If that still fails, then try the same Full Synchronization steps using the new toodledo account you created from the previous set of steps. To preform this Full Sync, please follow the steps below: 1.) Open Todo. 2.) Tap the Settings button. 3.) Tap "Synchronization". 4.) Tap "Advanced". 5.) Tap "Preform Full Synchronization".
