Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We are working on clarifying the difference between all the sync options and hope to have an FAQ up on our website shortly. The "Sync Now" function in Appigo Sync is a trouble shooting method and should only be used when fixing a sync issue. The "Sync Now" function will actually not cause a sync to happen. It simply prepares the sync process for a sync command from Todo. For everyday, normal syncing you should use the sync button in Todo.
