Thanks for contacting Appigo. We apologize for any inconvenience that you
might have experienced while using our Apps. You can enter tasks in either
iCal or Todo and it should be synced across to both. However, if the same
tasks is edited on both services and then synced, the changes in iCal will
overwrite those in Todo.

In this thread, we were discussing the difference between the sync options.
You should always preform a sync from Todo by tapping the sync button. In
your case, when data is not being sync correctly, then you will use the
trouble-shooting "Sync Now" method.

We have added a "Sync Now" button on the Appigo Sync Preferences > Advanced
tab that will allow the user to initiate a full sync between Appigo Sync,
iCal, and any other registered Sync Service applications. Could you try this
process to see if it will solve this issue. Press the "Sync Now" on the
Appigo Sync Advanced tab and then give your system a minute to sync. Sync
progress can be monitored by opening up the Console app (In Finder go to
Applications > Utilities > Console) and watching the output. Once the output
has settled down, in Todo press the sync button and check to see if your
task modifications are reflected in both Todo and iCal.

We hope this answers your question. If not, feel free to contact us and we
will be happy to assist you further.

Thanks,

The Appigo Team
