Thank you for all of the comments and support that you give us. To answer a few questions that we have been seeing:
Yes, we are planning on updating Todo for OS 3.0. Here is a link to an Appigo press release discussing our plans for the OS 3.0 update... http://tinyurl.com/appigo-os-3 In the mean time, there are some known issues with the current version of Todo and OS 3.0 that we are aware of: - Email Functionality is broken so that tasks will no longer correctly get send as an email. - Using the quick add button causes black screens (redraw issues) if the user navigates away from the view while the quick add bar is active. The workaround for this issue is to close Todo and reopen it if you get into a state where the list or lists views show up as all black screens. NOTE: We also have one ongoing unconfirmed support incident where the customer is seeing due dates not syncing with RTM (Remember the Milk) and OS 3.0. We have not been able to reproduce this issue yet and believe that it might be unrelated to OS 3.0 specifically. We believe the root of the no due date time issue and the workaround are covered by this FAQ: http://appigo.com/todo/faqs/other/no-dates The broken email functionality also impacts sending in diagnostic reports for both Notebook and Todo. As a work around until our apps are updated and released for the OS 3.0, we ask that you please take a screenshot of the entire diagnostic report and email the screenshots to us so that we may further assist you with whatever issue you may have. To take a screenshot with your iPhone/iPod Touch, you need to hold down the home button and then press the button on the top of your device. The screen will flash white and a new picture will appear in your Photos. You can then email the picture to us as an attachment. Here is a link to some further instructions on how to take a screenshot with your iPhone/iPod Touch. http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Screenshot-With-an-iPhone If customers come across any other Appigo Todo, Notebook or AccuFuel OS 3.0 issues, please let us know so we can get those addressed in our updates as well.
