Have you tried specifying Appigo Sync under the Firewall?

Go to Preferences-- Security  -- Firewall tab-  Check to see if Appigo
Sync is listed and if its setting is Allow Incoming Connections.  If
it's not there, click the + sign and then browse to wherever you have
it (likely in the Applications folder) and add it.  I would then
relaunch Appigo Sync and see if that helps you!
