You're taking votes? As a windows user, I suggest a app for the windows desktop. But really, it's limiting because I work in two locations: home and office. How could I keep both in sync with my iPhone? I suggest a google app so I can see my task list on iGoogle. I sync my ToDo list to Toodledo and wish for something better than their google app. To me their google app is a slightly improved version of the clumsy interface of their website. I much prefer the ToDo iPhone interface to the one given by Toodledo and often wish for a web app that would work for me too.
