Here are the steps you can take to create a Project in Todo:
- Create a new task
- Give the task a name and then click on the "*type*"
- Change the type to Project
- At this point you can then add subtasks to the project by selecting the
project and the pressing either the quick add or the "+" button.
- Todo 2.0.1 and Todo 3.0 subtasks can be any of the following types
- Normal tasks
- Call a Contact
- Email a Contact
- SMS a Contact
- Vistit a Location
- Vist a Website
- As of Todo 3.0 subtasks can also be set to repeat via Todo UI and not
just using the Toodledo workaround specified in this older Google group

**NOTE*: Todo 3.0 is a *free upgrade* for existing Todo 1.x and 2.x
customers and Todo 3.0 has been *submitted* to Apple and is waiting for
their approval.
- Finally, you can change a tasks type at any time by clicking on the
task, selecting the field the contains the task name and selecting and
changing the *Type*.
*NOTE*: There is some data loss in cases where you change a project to a
checklist where the due date, due time, repeat, task type, tags and context
of the subtasks will be removed since checklist don't support those type of
attributes for their subtasks. Also, if you decide to change a project or
checklist to a normal task type (normal, call a contact, etc), all subtasks
will become independent tasks.
