Lately, the Support Team has been getting lots of "heat" over various issues. Many have suggested they are going elsewhere or start using other programs such as RTM etc.
I, for one, have had all my questions answered and am very satisfied with the program. In many cases, the issue may be our own for not doing something correctly or not understanding how the program is designed. In any event, I am also looking forward to the update and hoping it's coming any day now. In the meantime, I won't be using any other program, website etc. This is working fine for me at the moment.
