Kuddos to the team as well. I love Todo, and I love the support we're getting. People tend to think that by paying $10 on an iPhone they're going to have a service that even MS or Apple themselves don't provide, and yet they have billions in the bank. They can't wait for their emails to be answered, they can't wait for their 'push' notifications to be there. They can't wait for bugs to be fixed, and yet they download OS3.0 as soon as it is out, while the information that sync bugs existed was already out. And even for other apps that didn't communicate, you *know* there is a risk when installing a major OS release.
Appigo has been the perfect example of a company that don't let their users down and will back their applications with solid and sustained updates. Heck, $10 doesn't entitle anyone anything. There are apps that are effectively dead and abandoned in the AppStore for that price. Of course, Appigo could improve their communication. So do all these people that keep on bashing them. Of course, Appigo could improve their responsiveness. But between a patch every tuesday and a decent release every other month, I'd go the decent release way. And yes, projects are delayed for lots of reasons. This is life, and a promised update could be delayed a few weeks for any kind of annoying bug that these very same people would have judged "not tolerable" is Appigo had rushed a version out to please them. I say: Keep it the way it is. And if you feel like it, try to communicate more smoothly when it comes to bugs that comes in the way of GTD. Thank you Appigo for the great app and the great service. -- pieroxy 2009/7/30 Appigo Support <[email protected]> > Robert, > > Thanks for the comments; it is always nice to get a little love and > patience from our customers.
