1. Now I though one of the selling points was that my todo list would show up in my ical on my iphone as scheduled events with times etc. So I make a new project, task etc and it doesn't show up in my ical. I WILL ABSOLUTELY end up scheduling over someone or something. So I have to not only check ical but todo as well? My todo list shows up on the mac in ical on the tasks tab but not the iphone calendar. Why is that? They don't show up on that day like an appointment. Don't get me wrong I like the application but I thought it would show up in my ical. Streamlining my projects and appointments. (my purpose for purchase) Otherwise i'm back to setting stuff in my ical and it not showing up in my NEW APP todo. I DON'T want to enter stuff 2X.
2. The colors for the different groups and calendars don't match from iphone to mac as well. 3. I tried to email a project and it only allows to email a task. um, for a project that i need to send a checklist out to everyone this isn't helpful. I need to show the multiple items that need to be take care of for that project. 4. What are tags for? What are context for? I am new to todo but not to the iphone. Can't wait for 3.0 I thought that was what I was downloading.
