iCal on the iPhone is task-list-free. ;^P . Todo items from iCal can be seen on your iPhone in Mail... go figure... //if// you have an IMAP mail server or (if you don't) you are willing to setup quite a forwarding routine between Mail.app, your server and Gmail. See the following: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=81379 As far as iCal on your Mac is concerned, the only way to see your tasks on your phone is through some other application. There doesn't seem to be a way to get a task in iCal to "transform" itself into an iCal "event", so that it could show up back on your phone's iCal, without creating it as an event. Both those shortcomings seem like a punkish neglect/oversight on Apple's part. (Then again, Apple's business is providing a BASIC functionality hardware package that is VERY EXTENDABLE. And extendable it does seem to be...thanks to all third parties!)
