Ditto - I haven't tested as exhaustively as you have yet but I'm not getting even any badge updates unless I open the app (the way it used to be!!). I had been using RTM app while waiting for ToDo bugs in previous version to be squashed and I really got to like the notifications and alerts in the RTM app - they have done it VERY nicely. Just wish their actual app wasn't so clunky... stuck in the middle now.
