All,

We thought it might be a good idea to post the information that marisa8184
shared with us in her support incident regarding Todo alerts not being
received while connected to her Wifi network. It looks like a DNS issue was
the culprit:

The first thing I saw was on here:

Then I found this one:

http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2055940&start=15&tstart=0

and I used the address at the bottom of page 1

I looked it up on this site:

https://www.opendns.com/start/

Hopefully these links help other customers that might be running into a
similar situation.
