I am also experiencing similar problems to the above. Previously iCal ToDo syncing was working fine on my 10.4.11 machine. Now I have moved over to a Mac Pro with 10.5.8 and not getting any To Do's in iCal. I have adjusted the Firewall Settings and reinstalled Appigo Sync. Neither of these have helped.
