I only switched once -- from Appigo Sync to Toodledo Sync. What made
me confused was that the original sync (when, on the iPhone, I went to
sync and asked to switch services and entered my Toodledo info) and
then every other sync (when I had Todo set to auto sync on startup)
went fine. It was just when I went to force a sync with the bottom
left circular arrow that things went flaky.

I ended up fixing this by wiping my Toodledo Sync account and then
hitting the bottom left circular arrow and doing a full merge sync.
All is OK now.

I think you might have a bug that -- when someone asks to change
services and you sync then -- you do not re-set your sync info
properly?
