Yeah, that'd be great. I think Apple has walled off 3rd party apps from certain functions (timing of events and alerts), but given that radio apps can use the speaker and that other apps know what time it is (I'm thinking various astronomy apps), you could put the two together and get what you want. But there must be more to it than that or I think Appigo would have gone the simplest route on this.
