I agree that this is an essential, and missing, feature in an otherwise category-leading iphone application. Having a status tag is one of the most important aspects of the GTD system that is followed by many people using, or looking into, this app. Toodledo users rely heavily on this feature including myself as this is the one thing that is holding me back from buying the full-featured version of ToDo.
