Doonyakka, Thank you for contacting Appigo. If your iPod Touch can detect your computer, but your computer cannot detect your iPod Touch, this is most likely due to a firewall issue. Let us know if you run into any problems with configuring your firewall to allow for communication from Appigo Sync.
