Thank you for your posts. In order to allow communication between Appigo Sync and Todo, the following criteria must be met:
- Your iPhone/iTouch and computer must be connected to the same router and must have the same subnet mask - Your firewall, anti-virus, router, and computer must allow data traffic to and from Appigo Sync and Bonjour. - Appigo Sync must be running in your computer If your device appears and disappears in Appigo Sync, then you need to un-install Appigo Sync (Windows users do NOT use the add/remove programs to do so, use the uninstaller found in the ProgramFiles/AppigoSync folder), download a new installer, and install Appigo Sync. If you still experience the same problem, then re-install Todo as shown in the link below: http://www.appigo.com/todo/faqs/misbehaving-application The Appigo Team -- Appigo Support [email protected] Learn more about Todo (task management made simple), Notebook (notes available everywhere), and AccuFuel (fuel efficiency tracker) on Appigo's website: http://www.appigo.com/ Follow the latest from Appigo on Facebook: http://www.tinyurl.com/appigo-fb Follow the latest from Appigo on Twitter: http://twitter.com/appigo Participate with Appigo and our community using the following Google groups: http://groups.google.com/group/appigo-todo/ http://groups.google.com/group/appigo-notebook/ http://groups.google.com/group/appigo-accufuel/ On Wed, Jan 13, 2010 at 4:44 PM, JHC <[email protected]> wrote: > How did you get the iPhone to show up?!?
