G.41 will bloom, however it will want to grow every direction but up…. You will 
likely appreciate having a crab scion.  You could bark or side graft the 
rootstock as soon as the bark slips,  if you have scion wood  that is semi- 
dormant.

While handling/planting G41/Honeycrisp a number of trees broke at union. We 
decide to plant rootstock with intent of returning to graft craps or other var 
for pollination. Can anyone tell me if we simply allow G41 to grow will we see 
flowering adequate for pollination?
