Every time I fill out that huge pesticide use report that completely duplicates the records that we are already documenting and submitting for WPS I pull my hair out. I am sure that they are sitting in some file cabinet being used for absolutely nothing except for bureaucratic job creation. Now is the time to reclaim some level of reasonableness. Kurt W.
