I have an Orchard in N.E. Pennsylvania and would like to hear more about the press. I currently bring my apples to a 3rd party for pressing but have entertained doing my own.
BTW I use Honeycrisp mixed with other varieties and make a sweet / pure juice that customers seem to love. Especially the locals who are making Hard Cider and AppleJack with it.
