You can dial into a unix account with a Telnet client and use Lynx, Pine, and the
like. If your ISP runs on Unix servers, then chances are you can telnet in and run
these. All the processing is done on the server, and your IIe just feeds you the
results and sends your commands back the unix server. I used to do this on my Mac
Plus and my Hayes 9600 modem while booted from a floppy . I am sure someone can dig
up a Telnet client for IIe
