Sure it's for the GS?  Sounds like the old Novation Apple-CAT.  IIRC, you
MIGHT get 2400 baud out of the thing, but that's about it.  (It was, if
it's the same thing, originally released for the Apple ][+ and later
updated somewhat for the later machines.  I don't recall them releasing a
GS-specific version.  Anyone else remember?)
