I worked in an Apple/IBM (Ptui!) dealership, and IIRC, they had a fairly large heat sink in them, didn't they? Or at least the back end looked like a heat sink (almost like cast iron, but I figure they were more likely made of aluminum or such).
Howard, how did their weight compare to the (original) Macintosh Portable? I think the MPort hefted at about 16 pounds when it came out.
