Years ago, I read something about connecting an external HD to the //c via
the external drive port. I think the HD20 could work without problem in
that port, because the only differences between the Macintosh's and the
//c's external drive port are the motor speed and disk eject signal lines
(not present in the //c), which (I think) aren't used on the HD20. Anyway,
you would need to boot the //c from a floppy disk with ProDOS and the
driver needed to use the HD20, because there isn't support for hard drives
in the internal ROM.
