Hi All, Recently I wrote the list offering a free Apple II, which was claimed immediately. :) My intention was to offer a couple more on the list but response was so good not only did the one I had offered go but two additional units went to others. (On a 1st come, first serve basis..... I did try to be fair.) Although I am a long time A2 user and lurker many do not know me so I wanted to use this method to introduce myself to the A2 community and with the intention of later selling couple more desirable units. Happily for me one of those has already gone!!!
All of this is a roundabout way of offering the following: ------ Apple IIc with Power Supply and Manual Second 5.25 Drive 9" Monitor on Stand with video cable (RCA type) Mouse Imagewriter I Printer with power cord and printer cord and ribbon Original Software "Introducing the IIc" Original System Disk and Manual Following two items are boxed with Manuals and Original Software. Both 5.25 and 3.5 disk Apple Personal Modem (Includes IIc cable) and Apple Access Software --------- Everything except the modem and software was tested and found working. However everything is sold as is due to age. Known issues:::: There is some yellowing on the monitor and unit itself. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 5 or so. The Second Drive cord appears to have been pinched. Electric tape is covering the wound. The monitor seems to "tilt" the screen image and there is a distinct smell of ozone so I don't know how "long for the world" this is. That said, I had it up and running about an our today and everything seemed to be OK. I would like to see about $65 with a local pickup in S/E Pennsylvania 19401 but will consider shipping. (Actual cost added.)
