Hello all,

Yesterday my IIGS started acting funny. After an indefinite period of use
everything slowed to a crawl. It's as though it's going from fast to normal
speed without the setting being changed... My 6 year old was doing talking
games and the words started getting sloooowwwww......

I tried turning it off and letting it cool for an hour or so, but the
problem came back in 20-30 minutes.

Any ideas?

Oh, it's a ROM 03 IIGS with a Rev "C" SCSI card, a Syquest EZ135 removeable
drive, 3200K RAM , and some unknown sound card adapter.

I have a spare base model unit or two, but I don't want to go thru taking
everything apart and changing out the cards if it's a simple fix.

Thanks,

Mendel Baker
