ProDOS is limited to 51 files in the main directory, eg. only 4 blocks *
13 entries / block - 1 entry on the key block (block 2) for the volume
name = 51 files allowed.

Also, the number of files in a subdirectory is limited to 2 bytes ($FFFF)
and not 2 bits ($FF), thus allowing 65,535 - the subdirectory header and
any other subdirectories, vice 255 files per subdirectory.
