I have dropped by the web of the CFFA project
(http://dreher.net/CFforAppleII/) I have seen that, as of september
25th, there were more than 100 interested buyers for the 4th run. Now
that are great news! It seems 4th run is assured, and may be made by the
end of the year. I'm in the wait list, and can't wait until they are
ready. It will be great to use my //e without swapping disks, and it
should solve (in conjuntion with CiderPress) a long problem of mine:
transferring disk images and data between the PC and the Apple II (I
don't have a SCSI card on my Apple //e, and a 1.44 Mb SuperDrive with
its controller is definitely out of my reach - I can't justify spending
$200 or $300 in a floppy disk drive for a 20 year old machine just to
transfer data).
