BTW--there's a difference between I/O cards and disk controller cards. If it's a disk controller card you have in slot 6, it usually helps to describe it as such, and then the type--disk ][ for the 5.25" disks, 3.5 and it's variants, etc. I/O cards traditionally have been used for "real life" things like scientific experiments, controlling beer 'fridges (several of those around :) ) etc.

The //e is a great machine--I'm using mine right now to access my ISP, read and respond to your email. :)
