Howard, Agreed. I guess Apple didn't agree, since the controller for the Unidisk 5.25 and Apple 5.25/DuoDisk drives was referred to as the I/O card. Even though it was a modded disk ][ controller card (on the drive connection end only - all the chips are the same between the two variants).
