So, it means it is (allegedly) "present" in aptitude 0.6.8.1-1.
My intention with was two-fold:
* Ensure the bugs were not marked affecting stable
* Ensure that if the bug is fixed in unstable that it will stay on the
"RC radar" till the package has migrated to testing.
