But only because I've been overspecifying the includes path. Rats.
This issue was made worse by the fact that the openssl libraries installed by Apple and by Fink are the same version (in /usr/lib and /sw/lib, respectively).
This may be an issue -- aqbanking picks up the includes from /usr/ include and the libs from /sw/lib. I'll work on that Sunday.
