Ich habe jetzt nochmal angerufen, und eine neue Kennung veranlaßt - angeblich war meine alte gesperrt und kann auch nicht mehr aktiviert werden, weil zu einer Kennung nur begrenzt neue Schlüssel generiert werden können - das Limit war wohl erreicht. Schön wäre natürlich, wenn man mir das damals gesagt hatte, als es hieß ich soll den ini-Brief einschicken - das war ja dann sinnlos. Leider nimmt das jetzt Zeit in Anspruch, die machen das nur postalisch. Ich kriege also eine neue Benutzerkennung, muss dazu einen neuen Brief generieren, das wieder zurückschicken, und nach ein paar Tagen soll es dann gehen - aktiv Bescheid sagen tun die aber nicht, ich könne aber über's Telefonbanking nachfragen. Toller Kundenservice :( Proaktiv bleibt wohl doch ein Fremdwort für die Deutsche Bank.
