Hello,

i'm currently experiencing some problems at handling purposes with
german "umlauts" in it. Creating a job with a purpose like "HBCI-TEST
- ü und ö" ends in a job-file with the following purpose-line (which is
correctly base64-encoded):

char purpose="HBCI-TEST - %C3%BC und %C3%B6"

Now i'm going to execute this job and after that the purpose-line in
the finished jobfile looks like:

char purpose="HBCI%2DTEST %2D %5D UND %5C"

which decodes to "HBCI-TEST - ] UND \".

So the problem seems to be related to the answer from the hbci-server.
There's some converting or escaping on the server-side, or the server
uses even ISO-8859-1 as character encoding. This is what confuses me
right now, because all server messages are pretended to be UTF-8
decoded (as mentioned in [1]).

Can someone imagine how to resolve this problem? I'd try to convert the
purpose-line to ISO-8859-1 to check if the server is really working
with that charset, but maybe the problem is related to a complete
different thing.

Thanks in advance and best regards,
Alex Behringer
