That error message is very similar to one seen using ofx.py if the 
version of quicken was too old.

Currently aqbanking sends <APPID>QWIN and <APPVER>1200 in the OFX 
header. Quicken for windows 2006 is up to version 1500, so my first 
guess is that BofA has set a new 'oldest allowable' Quicken version 
that's newer than 1200.

I've searched both aqbanking and gwenhywfar for the place that the ofx 
header is set up with the appid and appver, but I can't find it.
